The top 75 scores from each school are totaled for the final school's score. You are welcome to play own ball or captain's choice! As history has proven, the school with the most players has a better chance of winning. 

Own ball, pick up after double bogey, or Captain's choice. If Captain's Choice is chosen at registration, your team counts as one score. The tournament only  counts the number of captain's choice scores that is the lower number of teams on one school's roster (e.g. if one team has 6 and the other 3, only three captain's choice scores will count.)
